Wisata alam ini berada di Desa Sela Selilau Kecamatan Karang Bintang dengan jarak kurang lebih 26 Km atau 35 menit dari Kota Batulicin menempuh kendaraan roda 2 maupun roda 4.
Wisata Batu Besuhud menawarkan keindahan alam dengan konsep penorama bebatuan kapur berukuran besar warna putih alami yang terhampar luas.Selain itu, juga terdapat beberapa goa, gazebo, dan rumah pohon yang cocok untuk dijadikan spot foto.
Wisata alam ini, ramai dikunjungi oleh wisatawan lokal disaat hari-hari libur.
Dalam rangka mempromosikan potensi wisata ini, Pemerintah Kecamatan Karang Bintang bekerjasama dengan seluruh Pemerintah Desa di lingkup Kecamatan Karang Bintang melaksanakan silaturahmi yang berlokasi di Wisata Alam Batu Besuhud yang dilaksanakan Minggu (26/12/2021).
Diharapkan kegiatan ini bisa menggerakkan roda pariwisata di Desa Sela Selilau pada khususnya dan Kecamatan Karang Bintang pada umumnya sehingga bisa mengangkat perekonomian masyarakat setempat.
Wisata alam Batu Besuhud sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan dan menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan kedepannya jika dikelola dengan baik.
“Potensi wisata di Desa Sela Selilau ini harus dirawat dengan baik agar para wisatawan tertarik untuk menikmati indahnya keunikan alam hamparan bebatuan putih dan goa Batu Besuhud,†ujar Camat Karang Bintang, Syafruddin, didampingi Kasi Trantib Des Rizal RRD. (ril/mka)
